Fauci urges caution in lifting restrictions daily COVID-19 cases plateaus

On the one-year anniversary of the first COVID-19 death announced in the United States, Dr. Anthony Fauci warned governors against prematurely lifting COVID-19 restrictions as the decline in new cases has stalled.
