Federal agencies investigating possible 'Havana syndrome' incidents on U.S. soil

U.S. federal agencies are investigating at least two possible incidents on U.S. soil similar in nature to mysterious "sonic attacks" that sickened dozens of U.S. diplomats in Havana, Cuba, in late 2016.
