U.S. phone companies must now begin using technology to block illegal robocalls

Beginning Wednesday, major U.S. providers -- including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Comcast -- are required by the FCC to implement a technology to block illegal scam calls, like those purporting to be from the IRS.
