Hurricane Ida: Flights canceled, 1M without power, New Orleans 911 system disrupted

More than 1 million customers in Louisiana -- many of them in New Orleans -- were without power early Monday after Hurricane Ida made landfall as a major storm and disrupted hundreds of flights across the region.
